Default 5 years no vette... back in a ZR1!

Hey guys, back in 2012 I had a 2008 Z06. Man that was a hell of a car! It was my first vette and before that i used to drive a 99 M3 so the power difference was insane. Life happened and I had to sell the vette, but I told myself I'll be back! So tossed around the idea of a C7Z but don't think it's the best time for that started hunting for a King of the Hill and found a steal on this 2010 Torch Red Zr1 out of Florida with 15k miles! Closed the deal and had it shipped to California. The power is INSANE! Loving every minute of it. Heres some pics and a video from my Youtube Channel

Heres my old 2008 3LZ Z06

The new ZR1

Congrats, I just picked mine up a couple of months ago and came from M3's as well. I actually traded both my 09 and 03 M3 in on the ZR1 and couldn't be happier.

Absolutely stunning! I would choose a C6 ZR1 over a C7 Z06 any day. Enjoy it and congrats!

Congrats on your acquisition. Your ZR1 looks great. And I am sure you are elated to be back in a vette.

Thanks guys appreciate all the support! the 20" rear wheel looks great but does no favors in the traction department! I have to get a real tire on this thing to take advantage of all the power!

How old are your tires? Mine seems to hook up pretty good on the continentals I have.
