Damn. My NPP exhaust ought to sound pretty good with this device. I think I read somewhere in the information about it doesn't work in "low-power" use. 1. Did I read that right and if so, what does that mean? Does it have to do with the engine in normal street-driving rpms and not in the higher revs? 2. At what point in the shifting does the blip take place, i.e., does it blip when I began to, during, or after I move the transmission lever into the new gear? I understand that it has a "delay" feature, but I'm referring to this time point if the delay is set to zero.

Yes street driving it is not fluent, most all guys turn it off. This device does not do anything to the exhaust sound, please dont buy it under that premise. The delay is the time between the brake pedal and the clutch. This device is not link into the shifter at all. Duration is how long the revs are held for you to complete the downshift. The settings are very driver timing dependent, as each driver is different.
