Oil change procedure for 2010 ZR1 ?
I'll be changing the oil for the first time on my 2010 ZR1 dry sump system.
Are there any tricks to emptying and filling the tank and oil pan ?

as indicated above.
When filling the dry sump tank, I usually underfill by 1/2 to 1 qt, then run the car and get the oil up to temperature (175* oil temp), shut it down, wait 5-6 minutes, then take the oil level reading and fill. I do road course work so usually fill to the middle hole of the dip stick. If you don't get the oil temps up in the 250* range then fill to the top hole.
The owners manual is useful for some of these things. It is available on line in .pdf from Chevy.

Not sure how you are going to lift the car but I change mine in the driveway. I jack the car on the front passenger side jack pad because the oil drains toward the driver side. Install a jack stand for safety. Remove the wheel. Get under the car and loosen both drain plugs (15mm). Recommend you use rubber gloves. Place drain pan (ensure it will hold 10.5 quarts) under the oil pan and remove both plugs. After they drain, install drain plugs and remove oil filter. Be sure to get an oil filter that is specific to the LS9 (I use a K&N SS reuseable oil filter). The case on the LS9 filter is thicker then a standard LS2 filter. Install new oil filter. Remove drain pan. Install wheel. Lower and add 10 quarts of oil to the oil tank. Start motor and bring to operating temp. Shut off motor and wait 10 minutes. Check oil level and adjust, if necessary, with additional oil.
