Got one on my car. Its ok. If I could go back I would have skipped it and just left the cooler off like I had before.

I haven't installed it yet, but I live in Indiana so even though its not driven year round when its super cold, it never really gets hot here so I never get proper oil temps without the oil cooler covers. I figured this will get my temps up and I can still retain use of the cooler for the track.

This is the one I got. http://www.improvedracing.com/oil-co...ductsearchusen

Also, I am installing an Allstar pre heater on the tank to help even more, probably over kill but it will make me feel better

Just need my control arms back with the new spherical bearings and I can get the suspension back together. Putting on some new sways too. Almost done with the motor also.

How bad was the install when you did it? Hoping I can do it without having to take the header out...

Can't remember exactly, but it wasn't hard. Just 2 bolts. Had the block off on/off many times. Like I said, going back I would have just kept he block off as it works much better.

I was going to go that route, but I wanna do a couple track days this year so I figured this would be the best way. I think getting the stock lines out will be my hardest part.

Thinking I can attach the lines to the thermostat before I mount it so I can leave the header in place hopefully.

Installed my AEM wideband and threw in the 150 jet for my nitrous kit. Also, ordered a new set of 315/35/17 MT Street S/S.

Default way too much $

Yes, way too much money. But then I like to think of it as spending the kids inheritance. Heads off to AHP.

My "just one more thing" from this weekend was a Billet Tech alternator and CHE trunnion bushing kit. Motor build is delayed so I keep tinkering with things and finding new ways to spend more money unnecessarily.

Hence my post...

Speaking of spending money... Noticed you were selling your blower while the motor is down. If I had a different cam and my heads were not milled .30 i'd be PMing you right now...

Heh.. thanks for reminding me. I needed to send pictures to someone who replied to that.

You can use whatever cam you want as long as you're happy with the current driveability of it. You can make up a bit of the milling by using a thicker gasket. Come to the dark side.
