Mileage on your modded z06
Heyy guys, what mileage do you have on your modded z06 curious and think it could be a stress relief for some people. Has to be modded and a ls7 no after market blocks or bottom
end. so people can get an idea on how long these cars can last with certain mods and power.
here is mine
2008 c6 z06
mods began at 20500 miles to 24500 miles total of 4K miles in a short amount of time and lots of beating
Fuel:91 California octane
Mods AHP ported heads mill .030
BTR 4 cam New revised 112LS not the old 111
.7775pushrods I’m pretty sure it has a 7 in front forgot oh well
b and b headers 1 7/8
stock h pipe
stock exhuast with muffler mod
ported msd intake
nw 102TB
haltech intake 108
matt gower injectors
add a picture of you car too! Thought this could be useful and cool to give people some
insight on how long these ls7s last and what they put down for power.
606whp 534trq at stark weather performance dynojet 224 new one he said only two years old
was on STD smoothing 5
problems:
starter gets overheated
valvetrain is allot louder
end. so people can get an idea on how long these cars can last with certain mods and power.

New brakes. still factory clutch. It is getting a little weak though. Wish I had Undy's torque. lol Am going to get a throttle body and MSD intake or port the factory one. Maybe that will help my torque. It is only around 490 now.

On this motor, my oil at 4000 miles is still golden colored. The only oiling upgrade is the larger Lingenfelter dry sump tank. Car sees big lateral Gs. Coilovers, heim jointed suspension, sway bar upgrade, aero, running on slicks. No oil starvation so far.
