Oil Dry Sump missing
Hello All,
Seeing if i can get some insight. I purchased a 08 Z06 this past weekend. I noticed that the Oil Dry Sump system is missing...??? I attached some pictures that hopefully help. Any ideas on how to find out if the system was replaced, moved, or just missing... Appreciate your time and assistance.

So its a wet sump motor...and likely not an LS7 in it by looking at the intake manifold. Give the car back if you can...

OE LS7 probably blew up, and someone swapped an LS2 or LS3 in there. Give it back...

Intake manifold shows that is not an LS7.
Spend $100 or so at the GM dealer and have them identify what that engine is in writing. Get a print copy of the ad before it disappears.
Sold and represented as something it is NOT... State or county Attorney General's office might have some persuasion for them to return your money.
Good luck!
