If your gonna spend 1200, why not just dump a couple more hundredin and get a midrise lift. This will raise your car 50”, i have one in my garage. Built ramps and drive right over it. Lifts 6000 lbs

Different strokes .....

Those are not great for working under the car and also a lot harder to move if you want to use it elsewhere.

Yup.

Put mine together mostly tonight. All went well. The feet they give you for the compressor are useless, but that's no big deal. Will hopefully have time to try it this weekend.

So to use these with our Vettes you'd have to get the car off the ground via an alternate method (jackstands?) prior to installing the adapters and lifting with quickjack?

I may just break down and order one of these. I love them and they would help on so many levels.

no, u just use the rubber blocks that come with the jack. the adaptors that are pictured are just for taller vehicles.

If anyone is interested in the SUV/Truck extension I will sell mine for $200 shipped, only used them once and no longer need them.

don't know if it makes a difference but I am pretty sure your hose connections are supposed to be fed from the rear of the car

It looks relative to me, if I'm primarily working in the back then I would prefer the lines to be strung out the front. Am I missing a safety consideration here?

I would rather just do it the way the instructions say. There is a front and back according to them. Once the car is up just disconnect the lines if they are in you're way.

on the quickjack Instagram it has it both ways. I dont think there is a wrong or right way. I actually hook my hoses up front. As long as they are both the same direction. Shouldn't be any issue.

I dunno. The instructions clearly say the stickers go to the front. It may make no difference but I'll go with what they say.

Actually if you look on the website under instructions they show a car lifted with the houses out the front not the back. Check out pic from there website.
