I think it's hardly worth a lawsuit over a pair of hood struts. But, it is the idea of the con job they do that pisses me off.

From my one and only transaction with Corvette Mods I can only surmise they have two rules

1 - Sorry pal, you took delivery you own it now
2 - The customer is always wrong

Worst company I have ever dealt with on-line or brick and mortar. Only time I've ever filed a claim with a credit card company, I prevailed.
