ZO6 Might Mouse Catch Can Review
Recently installed a Might Mouse "wild" catch can system on my 11' Z. Have to say working with MM has been very simple, always received call back within 24 hours or less answering all my questions. Kit was very simple to install which took me maybe 30 minutes. came with all parts necessary to complete to install with detailed pictures and step by step instructions . Definitely a crucial mod that I've overlooked in my build but glad to finally get one on my car!

Mighty Mouse catch cans are the best, hands down.

I will have to look into this, in the mustang world everyone ran catch cans. I take it this is also a thing with Z06's?

Haha true, there is always something. I would rather purchase one and enjoy the car than have the headache of time lost and money spent fixing a bigger problem!

Makes me think of my Uncle’s 2006 Z06 that he took delivery of in the summer of 2006. He drove the wheels off that car. He put 60,000 miles on in the 3 years before the cancer took him in August 2009. Not one single problem with that car. No mods, just gas, oil and rear tires only. Makes you wonder..

I guess the question remains, was his car the exception, or the rule?

Running the car hard, you'll end up with oil puddles in the intake manifold. For a track car, IMO a catch can is a must. For a street car with a few track events, its still a pretty good idea. For a 100% street car driven by a sane human being...probably not necessary.

I called David yesterday and left my phone number, but no call back yet, so maybe someone here knows the answer from personal experience, or seeing here.
I have a H/C/I/E C6Z that puts down ~575 rwhp, and the only thing I might change in the future is to go to an e85 capable setup, so injectors, fuel pump, tuning - so we're still talking high 500s, low 600s for horsepower.
Do I get the mild or the wild setup? For some reason the MM website catch can helper doesn't work on my computer, so I haven't been able to use it without high levels of frustration.
