Default tire selection 18"

anyone running 18s on all corners? thinking of 18s on my Carbon. What options are there? I would like to stay 300 or less in width on the front. Roads here are not great and tramlining is an issue.
thanks

thanks. looks like they don't have a street comp for the rear. not interested in a drag radial. Nice looking Z.

theres WAY more tire options in 18s.
all of us track guys run 18s on all 4 corners for this very reason.

I got a set of 18's last year just for autox. Put 335/315 Rivals on them and liked them so much, I daily drove them all year!! I put approximately 3k street miles, 8 autox events one drag race event and they are 2/3 worn out... highly recommended them!!

Thanks Pinski1. Any issues with the 315s rubbing in front wheel wells or with traction control/ abs as I see there is only a .4 inch difference in fron t and rear diameter?

i have run 315 Rivals all around and now run 315/335

only time fronts rub is at full lock. (brake ducts)
there is no issue running same size tires front and rear. this is a forum Myth. all of us racers do it all the time with 0 ABS/TCS/AH issues.

So it's possible to full square? I'm thinking about it if I get a new set of wheels. I assume I'd get a little more tire life being able to rotate front to back and getting 4 new tires at once instead of going 4->2->4->2 is appealing.

No. Never had a problem with rubbing but I'm not lowered at all. Never had a prob with ABS or anything else either. Only complaint is they throw a lot of gravel up when driving.....

yes its 100% fine to run a square setup. even racing. you will have 0 issues. and yeah thats why i did it for tire rotation.
with that being said, my camaro loved the square setup. (nose heavy)
i found the vette to with its 50/50 weight i had to wait a bit to get back on gas out of the corners. so ive just gone to the 315/335 setup, but have not tested it on track yet.
