Matt I always enjoy your enthusiasm and sharing of all you mods to your Z. You help keep this forum from becoming a wasteland of dullsville.

Waiting for results on MSD.

Great mod Matt and in for results. I expect/hope you will pick up power all across the usable RPM band, which is more important than whatever the peak ends up at.

Good new's for those of us in Comifornia, the MSD manifold is CARB approved. One of the few changes we can make to an LS7 and still be smog legal.

I read some of this. It states that it is assumed that no modification to the manufactures tune will be made. What world do these guys come from. Who would install one of these WITHOUT a tune

To you "biting the bullet" may mean something for your boyfriend at night... Who knows... No "Drama" here Stevie....

Actually it is way less than $1K....

$850 for the MSD ( used from a forum member <2K miles)
( pic in initial post)
Sold my Fast 102 for $800
Will shave, paint, clean up runners, mild port install for $450...
If my math is correct i'll have about $500 in this mod... I think everybody would agree that your quote of 15-20 hp TOPS would be considered money well spent.

Conversely, you may think $500 for that just right dress to go out on the town w your Bo would be money well spent.

To each his own right... Now then, move along... There is nothing here for ya...
Sorry I've been on vacay but had to check because I would have been disappointed not to earn one of your extremely clever jokes followed by a "run along now" lol

Good choice on the MSD. However it looks like you bit the bullet again on that hood, with a less favorable result.... Damned hideous.

Whats wrong with the hood?

That's a $3800 hood before paint... Real CF.. Not FG... I am confident that I will see results in a couple of weeks at the WGF event here in Dallas. Show, and GO....

Welcome back from Vaca... Let me guess.... Some far away island that is only inhabited with young boys....?

lol... kidding...
