My best friend has this setup on his car. He had a little bit of rub on the front, but he does have his car lowered all the way. He had to do a little trimming on the plastic on the inside of the fender.
BTW - he is running the c7z wheels and Michelin PSS

I run that combo too, a small amount of rubbing in the from 285's when the rod has small shallow dips or irregularties in the road..just the slighest of the very very occasional small rub. Nothing that would keep you from going that route. My car is lowered halfway down as well on the lowering bolts,

^^^ Those are not 345/30-20s that the OP asked for. Nitto does not make, and has never made, the Invo in a 345/30. Those are 345/25-20s which are basically the same size as a stock Z07/ZR1.
Years ago, a friend of mine bought a base C6 with a rear Z06 widebody. It had aftermarket wheels with a 345/30-20 Michelin. They rubbed pretty bad on the fenders (car was lowered) so he ended up replacing them with 325/25-20 Michelins and it solved his issue.

I ran that combo and it rubbed on the brake ducts and fenders when turning and the 345/30/30 rubbed on the quarters and fender liners...
But it looked good
