You and me both. I know your cam is VERY similar. Would definitely be some good info for you.

Nitrous Outlet makes a plenum spacer with nitrous spray bars. I'll likely be running that if I end up putting the kit back on.

....and you will be offering the community a true apples to apples comparison. When do you think you'll get it tuned? Fingers crossed for 20/20 gains and another 500-700 usable RPMs!

There was some miscommunication between Josh B and I yesterday so my intake won't go out till today. It's coming from Cali, so I'm hoping its here by Friday. Looking for Friday evening or Saturday. If not, it won't be till the end of next week.

Only change will be the induction system. Intake manifold and intake. As close to apples to apples as I can get. With the position the vararam sits with the hi ram, I think it's a waste of time to try and tune with that.

If yours looks like the one he has on his car...just throw a beehive shroud on the car and be done.

Its the exact one off his car! and that's exactly what I plan to do.

Figured, since his car will be down for clutch/trans upgrades, it would be easier for him to send me his completed intake and make another for himself at his leisure.

Maybe add a "vette air" or open the shroud bottom to get some ambient air fed into the beehive. If you had a Vararam on there, I'm sure you know you need a new radiator shroud while you're at it.

I'll be leaving the same shroud on the car. I blocked off half the opening so it should be fine.

No dyno this weekend. I did order this mid pipe from Vengeance Racing. Should have that and the intake on for next week and then dyno time.

Yes. I'm also trying to put the car on a diet. I'll be ordering a lightweight battery as well.

I drove around with no mufflers this weekend. It actually wasn't that bad. Minimal drone, which was surprising. I didn't go WOT but it'll be fine.

Hoping the magnaflow mufflers give it a better tone and I think it will be perfect.

I'm assuming it was off a customer's car that they were looking to get rid of. They finally dropped the price on it enough to where I was comfortable picking it up.
