Default Leaf spring question



Front and rear leaf springs, is there supposed to be a nut? '09 Zr1

No "jam nut" if you will...that bolt is supposed to thread through the leaf just like yours is currently. So your car is normal.

It is molded into the spring, it's not something you can see or get a wrench on.

If you wanted to raise the car ride height (not too popular here), you'd screw that down extending the length/depth of the height adjuster. It's also used to weight balance the car (the 4-wheels to each other).

ZR1 right? How is your front height? Exactly where you want it, too low, or too high? Just curious...

Does anyone happen to know the ZR1 front leaf spring rate specs?
