Default Busy Weekend, New Wheels and Brakes.

Finally, got some time this weekend to install all the gear I bought over the past few weeks. Did the wheel swap, pads (Carbotech 1521's), rotors (DBA T2's), black Z06 emblems on the fenders and front plate removal. I have clear marker lights on order as well all the way around, so that'll be next. Really happy how it's coming along. Let me know what you guys think.

Thanks Adam! The pads I bought from you guys are great so far. Whisper quiet.

pdc001,
Actually, I never got the specific offset information for them. The fronts are 19"x10" and rears are 20"x12". The tires are Michelin PSS Run Flats. Front size is 285/30/19, rear size is 335/25/20.
Here's the thread that got me in contact with Keith from 1st Rate Corvette Parts. He was really responsive and great to do business with. I'm sure he'll have the offset details for you. Forgestar Wheel Thread.

So far (only like 20-30 miles), they feel great. No noise and really smooth. My OEM parts would squeal a bit at low speeds.

My motivation was similar to yours. The factory rotors had a bit of rust on the centers and since I switched over to the Carbotech pads to help minimize dust, I figured it was the right time to make the change. The cost was reasonable and love the look of the slotted pattern and the blacked out centers to match the wheels.
