Granatelli Plug Wires
Hey guys looking for opinions on the Granatelli spark plug wires.
Granatelli 28-1811HTRB I'm running the stock wires right now with headers, one boot is a little burnt but still works. Are these worth the money? Anyone else using these? Any help would be great.

I will never run ANYTHING Granatelli. No time for details. I wouldn't run them if they were free though.

GM or Firecore.
Not a fan of MSD, or Grantelli. Taylors are ok but GM or Firecore are better.

I have the GM ones on there now. I was watching tests on all the wires and the Granatelli wire had the least ohms during testing. They were the only ones that were 0 ohms. But sounds like nobody in here is using them. They are the most expensive, but are they worth the money is the question I have.

There is alot of hype around low impedance plug wires....
Think about it for a second though...the resistance between the ground strap and electrode is HUUUUGE.....HUGE. Reducing the ohms of the plug wire from the factory GM wires (like 730 ohms) to below 100 ohms isnt going to make a difference.
That being said, I usually run the MSD wires. They are cheap, and look nice and do have 30-40 ohms per wire if your hell bent on low impedance.
Last note - OEM wires are a lot more durable than most aftermarket wires, especially the MSD wires when it comes to removing and reinstalling them multiple times. If you dont work on the car constantly and are not removing/reinstalling them often then take your pick. If your pulling them a lot, then I always recommend AC Delco factory wires. They are super cheap on Amazon ($30?) and good quality.
