I found a Lingenfelter UD Pulley on CL for dirt cheap, it is an ATI unit. Would it be worth upgrading and what power would it be good for?

This is one of those mods that I wish I did with the cam, cause now I have to tear the car apart again just to install it.
OP: If you don't have an ARP bolt yet, I'll give you this one. Just pay shipping. I already have a ARP bolt.

I just bought one for, what I think, was a great deal. $275 with an ARP bolt.
