We're also proud that our headers are made with stainless steel sourced and manufactured in the USA! Each set of headers is mandrel bent by your fellow Americans to ensure a high quality product for your Vette. Our RPM headers have 1-7/8" primaries and connect to a high flowing 3" X-pipe which can be ordered as a Off-Road (Without Catalytic Converters) or with High Flow Catalytic Converters. Typical gains are 45-50RWHP with a custom tune.

Sorry you missed Carlisle... unfortunately we don't always get to check the foums for messages. We did ship you an X-pipe but it appears you had some issues installing it. Since you needed help with getting your parts installed you could have called us and we would have gladly helped you. I checked our voice mail and phone log and didn't notice you called... did you call us? What phone number did you call from? We didn't receive a call from the 719 area code... if you did call did you leave a message? I replied to your PM a few minutes ago and we are happy to help you with any issues you may have

got the message. question since you make these headers. I need to pass emissions. if I went with a non cat system is there a way to pass? j tubes? if the rear o2 is turned off in the tune it won't pass the obdII plug in

If you are in CA there is no way to pass emissions legally with Long Tube headers.. even with cats. I have heard from many of my customers who live out of CA they are able to pass emissions with a CATTED set of long tubes.
