Default 2008 Z06 Build Complete

Well about a year ago I was heading out to the track to watch the TX2K event, when we pulled into bucees the car was a little hard to start. I like many have had heat soaked starter issues so I was cussing that I was soon going to replace yet another start.

Well about 2 miles down the road the rod knock made me wish I was it was a starter...

I pulled it in my garage with my brother in law and was determined to do it ourselves, but ultimately my life just wasn't allowing the time. I was building a new house, changing jobs, and trying to find time where I just wasn't exhausted.

In comes Elie from High Performance Connection here in Houston, they took my box of parts and we sat down and had a long conversation about my goals and what I wanted.

Results speak for themselves:

900rwhp in street form on a YSI with only 9.6psi of boost.

What a beast, throbs like a broken heart, felt thumping thru cheap laptop speakers.
Honestly, could've sat here rest of afternoon listening to it idle. Pure joy.

Beautiful build.
Wishing many happy, reliable miles.
(BTW, what's the MPG like? )

A video of a 900 hp car at idle, cool, a video of a 900 hp car on the Dyno... Priceless. Love velocity red, just a little biased

That's a gas pedal with some serious consequences.
