Great choice! Love the wheels, they were an option starting in2012. I like them better than my chromes because they're so much easier to wash, you will love that car.

Very clean car!

Any plans to mod it, or just drive and enjoy?

Congrats! You will never get tired of climbing behind the wheel and letting her rip. I bought my 2012 Centennial about 2 years ago and have not stopped smiling yet.

For right now I'm just going to leave it as is and have fun driving it.

Oh yeah, I couldn't believe how easy they were to clean.

Good looking car!;'

. .What was the LEMON law case about?
Are those wheels on the 2013 stock? Not complaining, just curious why not the usual 20 spoke chrome?

Yeah, they were an available option in 2012 and 2013 which I actually prefer to the 20 spoke rims.

In addition to having to still be under warranty, to qualify for a Lemon Law buyback the car either has to have spent more than 30 days out of service or the same problem remain unresolved after three repair attempts. I actually qualified for both because when I took it in for the final time with another transmission issue, it had already been out of service for over 70 days by that point.

The transmission had an upgraded stator installed last summer and it was mostly fine until November of last year when I lost all forward motion in the car. Turns out there was an internal leak of some sort which caused some of the clutches to burn up.

It was rebuilt and seemed fine for a while until I started occasionally losing forward motion when coasting but not coming to a complete stop and then getting back on the gas again when it didn't want to move for a second or two. That can be a very disconcerting feeling when you're trying to merge into traffic.

They installed a new valve body and I probably could have gotten a brand new transmission but by that point I had enough and no longer trusted the car and my wife pretty much refused to drive it at all.

Congrats! Get rid of the two extra cats and you will get more HP to the wheels.

Beautiful car, enjoy! Fortunately you live in a state where they have laws that protect the consumer. Love black on the C6 ZR1. You had mentioned that you liked the lighter feeling of the car compared to the C7. The C6 Z is another 200lbs lighter, which is what I like about it. The C7 Z is supposed to be faster than the C6 ZR1 to 60 with the A8, but if it broken all the time, probably not.

Congrats on the new ride. It really looks spiffy with those wheels.
I know you don't plan on any mods (right now ), but I'm guessing you'll at least take a pass or two while it's still bone stock. I'll be waiting for the results.
