Its a bolt people. There are thousands of bolts on your cars, many of which will result in unfavorable events if they come loose. Loctite it, torque it properly, and it'll be fine.
How many bolts on the car have loosened vs how many MSD intake bolts?

If you are asking me NONE! ... If you are asking a general question then just like everything else on this forum you will have varying responses.

Should any of mine back off, loosen up... I'll let yall know.

Meh, I haven't seen anyone post "Hey, my MSD Intake bolts are still tight". Just thread after thread of varying degrees of loose bolts. Plus, I'm still waiting on an MSD intake car to outrun me

I just did a spot check on my MSD bolts. They are all snug. I can't help but think most of these issues with them loosening up are installation error. Jeezus, how hard can this be anyway? Tighten the damn things and use locktite.

Now that, I agree with. I'd have locktited them from day one

Come on up to upstate NY. You can tighten up my MSD bolts (which are legit and annoyingly always coming loose despite loctite and proper torque) and then get your *** handed to you by an MSD intake car on any track you like that has at least five turns. Bring cash (lots).

P.S. An abandoned runway at some hillbilly airport is not a race track.

Agreed. Once it passes heat cycle do it again and be trouble free. Also in regards to the loose nut...if it fell off it would need to levitate and make it into the bellmouth before getting injested. Still worrysome regardless.

Possibly, or you could come to Texas and run on a hillbilly runway and get your *** handed to you by a none MSD car.

I would think that's all you'd need, a couple heat cycles then retorque but enough people are doing that and still having problems so IDK.
As for the bolt getting into a port, I'd think that's quite easy with the amount of vibration and windage in an intake at +4k rpm

I might make it down to COTA this year for NASA Nationals, assuming my MSD bolts don't loosen and blow my motor.

I'd love to check out your car in person if you do ever come to COTA.
