Was it a direct replacement or did you have to drill new holes? looks great.

Thanks, that's sort of a yes and no answer. The stock center holes line up but I had to drill the two outer holes, one on each side. I was real nervous about drilling in the bumper because if I didn't like the spoiler I was beat and now I would have holes in my bumper. But it all worked out!
