Default New to me Z06

Hi everyone.
Just picked up a 08 Z06. Had a 03 Z that I sold about 4 years ago. It was a H/C and nitrous car. Always wanted a C6 Z.
She is black with chrome wheels. Has 24k miles.
H/C/I new clutch, 2” AR headers with cats. All work was done by CPR. Made 575whp 510 wtq.
She drives great for a big cam car.
The intake is a Fast 102.
i will be powder coating the wheels black next week.
Good to be back.

Congrats! Welcome back, that thing must sound awesome! I still much prefer the sound of my old 09 Z06 to my zr1.
Enjoy!

Looks nice! NT05R's out back? Should hook hard. From pros I have talked to. Maybe I'm wrong or right. You can't powder coat the chromies black.. many reasons it can't be done without ruining the rims. Just from the pros I have talked to. The chrome is too thin to strip on the aluminum. Other things I can't recall. This was a few years ago so I can't remember all the reasons. Plastidip for fun?

Didn’t know you couldn’t powder coat the crhrome either. Just had my alloys powder coated and put the NTO5Rs on(345’s!) and yeah they have some serious grip!
