I bought some of the new Comp Billet Valve Covers to spruce up the new top end. They come with valve spring oilers built in, so I'm looking forward to keeping the valve springs nice and cool for the street.

ICT Billet Coil relocators. Custom 48" MSD 8.5mm plug wires with high heat boots.

I may grab a set of them if my holley talls don't work, but don't want to go through trouble of mounting my coils elsewhere.

They are drilled for some VC mounted coil brackets that are available separately. I really like the VCs. I picked em for $540, which is comparable to bare billet VCs, and these are black anodized billet AND with valve spring oiling, even ARP bolts. So I was pretty sold.

For a minute you had me with that first picture, I didn't realize you were going to go with dual cams, Josh!

... then the disappointment of just fancy valve covers in the boxes.

Default Hellcat 525lph Fuel Pump

Same external dimensions as the F90000267 450lph pump. Outlet increased from 10mm to 11mm. I’ll see if my 3/8” hose will still slip over it, pretty sure it will.

I want the dyno to be able to never come close to overheating during steady state, and I wanted the ability to handle anything that may ever come near it.

I'm actually in Austin for the weekend for a friend's bachelor party.

I believe the F90000285 is actually slightly longer than the 267/274. The cost difference definitely isn't worth the marginally increased flow though.

I fly out Monday morning and back out Friday. Just a work trip to Apollo Endosurgery next week on the SE side of town.

Very interesting to hear about the Hellcat pump Josh! Please keep me updated on how it does with ethanol.

It's worth it for my application. If I'm on the edge with the 450 and I don't really want any future power gains, I'll be happy with just the 525 as a "next step". I don't want the cost or complexity of a dual pump module and a controller. Hopefully there will be no issue running the Hellcat pump on a steady diet of ethanol.

I am on the 450 with a BAP and I'm sure you'll be making much more peak HP than me so I should be okay. If I get around to putting a roll bar in I think I may put a fuel cell in at the same time in which case I will try to future proof the pump(s). Very cool option for us ethanol guys who need the extra volume.
