Default Rubbing issue

As you can see I have a rubbing issue on passenger side rear inner fender liner. Its rubs on this side ONLY. I have the adjustment bolts set to have the car completely raised on this side(can't adjust the other side because the bolt is seized ) tires are 325/45/17 M&H radials.Regular driving does not rub but under WOT it is very audible. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

unfreezing the bolt on the other side and raising it may relieve some weight on the passenger side and lift it a few hairs. I would try that first. It will level the rear end, then see if you still have the issue.

Soak, soak, soak that seized bolt with PB Blaster.
