Default Anyone hear from Chuck Cow??

UPDATE :

Chuck got a hold of me, I didn't realize what was going on in his schedule, I feel bad for the poor guy. By Monday I should be laying rubber!!

Has anyone talked to Chuck Mosello lately.? I'm remote tuning my zr1 with him and it was in the final stages and now I get no response to emails or calls,, just wondering if anyone knows what's going on with him?
I have a month left for track/drag season and really wanna join my buddies a couple of times, I did my mods in April and now the car drives great but I haven't once been able to go WOT safely all year cause the remote tuning goes in stages, so I'm really looking forward to doing so!!

I got my new 18" signature Sv502's with toyo r888r's so hopefully I'll actually be able to put the new power down

I'll update the thread if I hear anything

I think I saw in the northeast regional or scan and tune that he had to take some personal time for health reasons. Try pm'ing him on here.

Thanks ya I heard from him once after that, then I was told to call the next day and it's been a week 9 days since I called back plus tones of emails I just needed some quick info on the tune he sent. Hopefully he's ok

Going on day 12 ..oh well, the time before that I waited almost 1 month for a simple response so I guess this ain't that bad yet.
I'll head over to the transaction feedback section to leave the full review in a few days

The disadvantages of a remote tune. I've had luck calling him in the evening.

Ugh ya I've tried almost every hour of the day lol, and I'm calling from Canada so it costs me ...
I honestly don't mind waiting,, if I have to wait a month that's no problem, I just don't appreciate being told to call back that night, or next morning and then two weeks or a month goes by and all calls are ignored,, just tell me it's gonna be a certain amount of time so I don't get excited and make track plans with my dad and buddies.

Hopefully I get an update soon, I have 3 weeks left to finally get this car to the track before our weather is garbage.

I'd try to post this in the general or tech section. Maybe someone in there knows him personally.

Thanks, ya that's probably the best section, I'm not sure how to move this thread, anyone know?

I'm just frustrated this whole season was ruined,, in April I asked how long it would take to get the autocal so I can time my mods installation accordingly, I was told 3 weeks so I rushed to get everything done, 2.6 pulley, 2" long tubes, ext .. Not easy on Jack stands in my garage .. Then I got the autocal and started tuning, in July.... So there went 2 and a half months of not even being able to drive my car I bought in November the year before. Then chuck was awesome for a week and got the car drivable but not for wot, and now I'm here with a zr1 all summer that I can't drive aggressively and no choice but to wait or throw out the money I paid to Chuck.
All I wanted was the truth of when he has time to do this, cause I would have waited to install my mods until late this summer, maybe he thinks people will go elsewhere if he tells them how long it'll really take?? I would definitely wait,, he's very talented that's for sure,, but I would have stayed stock until then so I could actually drive the car

I've had horrible luck with remote tuners. Don't waste your time and money, find a good local tuner and just get it done right the first time.

My issue is I have no local tuners that have tuned an ls9, Chuck has tuned so many, plus his feedback for countless remote tunes is excellent. It's all good he's finishing up the tune on Monday so everything should be done
