This ground wire is burned up, does anyone know where it lands at the other end?

2008 Z06, grounding bolt on the block above the starter. There are two wires, the small 14?g wire, and the larger chassis ground wire.

The OE replacement cable is not very long. I suspected that ground as an issue a few years back and still have the OE replacement cable I ordered. IIRC it heads over to a point on the frame near the block connection and then up into the base of the fuse block.
