Thx alot Sir !!! I'm overall 1000% happy of the new setup, but a bit disapointed to not put all together in the same run last week end. That have probably happened if I don't get a clutch master cylinder failure on my 1.319' 60' run. This failure did'nt allow me to shift third. I think that I have hurt the gear and synchro badly. I will open trans and check it out soon. That run was probably a 9.12 to 9.14 . Damn it ... I also particulary love that 2-3 shift point on that 9.187 run.... This is the fastest i ever got. 0.145 sec as per my hp tuner logs. You can listen it on the rear view video

I must admit it's been fun dissecting your run, and using a simulator, plugging in the known variables of your run and car setup that you've divulged, to speculate what kind of power your car would make (no dyno sheet has been shared to the best of my knowledge) to run that number

Wow really nice simulation. Try it with better accurate value just to see if it make any difference. tires are 26.2 and 12'' wide. Engine are still 427 c.i. Drag coefficient are more like 0.30 .
Engine dyno trq are 618 at 5000 rpm.

When you put in the pistons and do the sleeves at the same time ? I'll plug in your selected tire diameter, but I've run those same 335 Hoosiers and mine came in just a bit under the 26" diameter on a 17x11 rim. Manufacture published drag coefficient* is .31 and a frontal area of 22.3 sq ft , so I'll continue to use that number. My car has the ZR1 splitter and rear spoiler, as well as an aftermarket hood that is a tad bit larger than even the B92 hood so my drag will be more inline with a ZR1

618 torque at 5K is amazing......guessing you're not interested in giving more details on your build to get there ?
At a 3600 RPM, you're making over 550+ lbs/ft to the rear tires

Haha this is amazing. Seb's calculations are on point. He told me the car had a 9.0X in it for sure.

This is my stock pistons that I have reused in my rebuilt. Brand new stock oem rings, stock rods and crank. Even rods and main bearing are oem std. I'll thing i have spilled plenty of information about the built. I'll kept the remaining info for myself as you should know ... Compression ratio, cam specs, Fuel specs and heads flow numbers ect... Every others thing are listed. Use 0.31 if you wish but i tell you my real coefficient.

Do you mind sharing how you came up with the better coefficient ? I can certainly plug that data in the sim

I'm not very interested in FB group. D'ont have much time to spent there.
BTW I have some friends eyes everywhere and they do some dirty work for me on those FB forums.
Most of the time is too much bullshit against me. I kept myself away from that and I really don't care about the haters.
They will always hate anyway.

Yup that sims are close to my calculation. Good to see that too. This is is for a perfect pass with no bug. I have a bug on launch who hurt my run at some point that i cannot ride of it . I'll try to figure it out but it's hard with the tire combo I'm using. My best 60' from the last week end was 1.319 with only a small bug. But as you should know clutch master cylinder said enough and I cannot shift the third gear. If I put the number together and that run was 100% granted a 9.12 / 9.13. This is very close to you're simulator run at 9.07 which is almost a perfect run. And way close enough for my liking anyway !!!

Thx to provide that info Victor

Seb
