I thought factory intake was like 270 cc to begin with I guess it is a little smaller then. Exhaust is like 90 cc so I can see the extra 9 cc increase there.

there is definitely confusion about intake volume. Here is a thread where I was asking the same question.

Nope no returning needed for our CNC ported heads unless you want to maximize your combo!!!

You can have run a 100% stock setup (cam, etc..) with our CNC ported heads and still pickup very good power gains without any loss of driveablity or down side at all.

In short our new CNC ported LS7 heads are a perfect "drop in/bolt on" cylinder head!!!!

Yes sir if you order our Basic Package 4 Heads you still get our Performance Valve job which is perfectly concentric and also picks up a few additional HP over the stock Valve Job due to our improved seat angles.

All our Intake valves are Treated and Polished. The Treating process hardens the valve while the polishing smooths out the stems to ensure not only the proper RA finish but also microscopically Plateaus the high spots creating a nice smooth surface for electrons to build up on.

We almost have our brand new Superflow SF902s Engine Dyno up and running. Once we do we will be posting up lots of combos, im sure we have a set of our older program heads laying around the shop we can put on the dyno mule for a side by side comparison.

On the Chassis Dyno we are seeing some very good HP & TQ gains with our New AHP CNC Program over any previous porting program. You get better and better as time goes on so to speak.

Thanks 73BDG!!!
The covers are coming along nicely, thanks for the inspiration!
Have not finished with them yet but getting closer.
We plan on some ceramic paint in the engraved areas to make it stand out. Possibly offering the colors of the cars so owners could match their AHP covers to their car paint color.
We will plan to sell them as a full kit (wires, gaskets, coil pack brackets) to make it easier as possible.

Some pics of where we are currently at with our new covers:

if you follow AHP on IG you’ll know a little more(for anyone who isn’t following them), they have a little more about them on there. I know a few more details about it but I’m not sure what Khole wants to put out yet so I’m gonna let him drop that intel when he’s ready. I’ll say this....**** looks 🔥 and should be making some serious bald eagles!

If I did I would !
AHP will be sending me pictures as the build progresses and I believe the engine is scheduled to be assembled this week so I will post up anything they are Ok with.
Should be a monster N/A build and the plan called for it to be completely streetable (well balanced).......we will see how the concept matches the execution !
I will say is that AHP has been great to work with as they have rebuilt the entire car at this point and addressed every concern and question I have had.

BTW, the lift on the cam is .720 (!)

What’s up with the color match engraved etching on the valve covers? Got any new pictures? Is a 🇺🇸 Scheme going to offered? Maybe even a hard release date when they go on sale?
