Default AHP CNC Ported Pkg 4 LS7 Heads (Pics and Data)

American Heritage Performance is now CNC Porting our Ported LS7 Cylinder Heads!!!
We have been hard at work on our New LS7 CNC Porting Program for a while now. Lots of late nights, long weekends and missed holidays went in to our new LS7 CNC Porting Program…
It’s our best LS7 porting program ever!!!

Our new LS7 CNC Porting Program outflows both our old Street and Race Porting Programs but does so while maintaining our old Street Porting Programs Intake Runner Velocity. A high Intake Runner Velocity translates into a cylinder head that comes on line earlier and makes for an all around more responsive/livelier Engine at all RPMs.

Our LS7 CNC Ported Heads are perfect for the Big Cam Guys looking for 600+RWHP as well as the Stock Cam Guys just looking to get the most bang for their buck while the heads are off.
We see gains of 18-23rwhp when used with the stock cam and gains of 25-30rwhp when used with aftermarket cams. We even see gains of 30-35rwhp when used in boosted applications!!!

These heads are For Anyone running a stock Displacement LS7… It’s all you Need!!!

Offered in either our Hardened PM Valve Guides or our MoldStar90 Valve Guides! All our AHP CNC LS7 Ported Heads will come with our AHP Logo engraved on both ends of each cylinder head!!!

All our Port Work is Developed and Tested on our in-house Super Flow SF-600 Cylinder Head Flow Bench with the Latest Port Flow Analyzer Software!!!

All our Performance Valve Jobs are Done on our Brand New Rottler SG9MTS/HP specifically made by Rottler for American Heritage Performance.
The Rottler SG9MTS/HP offers the best valve seat to valve guide concentricity available on any machine made today. We measure Valve Seat Runout/Concentricity on every seat we cut. Our Standards of run-out are F1/Indy Car standards (nothing over .0005" per inch of valve) which is less than half the tolerance of most modern performance machine shops!!!

Perfect Finish on both the Heads and the Valves!
All Titanium Intake Valves are Treated and Tumble Polished! All Ferrea F2042P Exhaust valve stems are in-house polished!!!

Online Ordering Available with Certain Combinations on the shelf and Ready to Ship out Same Day, plus we ship Worldwide:

We also have LS7 Head install kits that contain everything you need to Properly complete the Swap (same as we do when we swap heads in-house):

Very nice data. How would these compare to the street ported heads I bought in December 2017?

Nice comparison, especially since you have the stock head flow numbers right next to the new numbers.

Two questions. 1) If heads are ordered without porting, do you still get the "performance valve job". .0005 is pretty impressive.
2) Can you explain exactly what is involved in the treating of the Ti valves?

If a customer already has your ported heads would it be worth performing this new machining on their heads and how much of a difference would make?

I have the package 4 heads from mid 2014, interested in how these CNC units compare as well.

If the CNC program is the same design as the hand porting probably wouldnt be any difference at all. CNC just helps insure consistency and saves a lot of time/labor.
A good porter will measure and ensure things are accurate before they go out the door

Am I correct in assuming an otherwise bone stock LS7 would have to be retuned to take any advantage of these?

Our new CNC Porting program is more of a hybrid of our prior Street and Race porting programs.
It has the larger runners of our Race heads but has an improved short turn and long turn that speed up the air flow and allow the heads to act much like our old street heads at lower RPMs. With that said the throats are opened up to nearly the size of our old race program allowing the heads to flow big CFM at higher RPMS.

We went to CNC out of shear necessity to keep up with demand for our port work. We were hand porting 300+ sets of heads per year. That is ALOT of heads to be porting by hand!
Going to CNC allows us to tightly control the quality of the porting as well as increase efficiency and turn around time. Plus it was an excellent time to show the world our new Port designs.

Does this option replace the prior head porting option or is it separate/cost extra?

Do the guides have to come out prior to machining the ports? I ask a seemingly silly question because I've got a set of your (AHP) freshly rebuilt heads with MS90 guides and perfectly cut seats that I've been sitting on. This set has the mild street port done to them. I don't mind spending money, but I hate spending it on something twice......

Thanks for the heads #24 Kohle from this new program. I got the 112 cam installed yesterday but woke up sick today, so guess I'm on pause for a few days. Looking forward to getting everything put back together and getting the car tuned.

Huge flow increases while still remaining a smaller intake runner designed for high intake port velocity!!!
Perfect for any stock displacement LS7!!!
