It's an LS7. It's also the 5th Vette that I have purchased, second C6 Z06. There are a lot of them for sale and many good deals to be found. You just have to take your time looking for them.

Anyhow, as to the original poster, seems as though he has some avenues now to learn more about the car, and from there he can determine what to offer. I think it's overpriced a bit. But nobody offers a car dealer exactly what they list a car for anyway.

Do you want to explain? How did we go from couple of thousand over priced to scam? And how is a scam? In what way? It's not as though the dealership is going to take your money for no car. Doesn't seem to misrepresented. So, what part of it is a scam?

Take it easy dude. When I read it, I thought the car was selling for 18K...only to re-read and see that was the mileage.

Mufflers to have more carbon in center is 100% normal, since that is where the exhaust comes out unless they are open, so you have far more coming out there, so they dirty quicker. Just polish/clean them up.

It was like new.

This one with the 3lz which is a far far nicer interior. It's let down by the fact that there is no nav or xm but an aftermarket stereo is inexpensive and easy to do.

You'll need to find out why the tpms light is on. That could be trouble. It looks like a nice car for the price though. Always push for more discount because you never get what you do not ask for, but you might not get it. The tpms is a concern. is it a sensor in a tire that's wrong? low tire from sitting? It'll drive tc/ah crazy if it is left like that and turning it off every time you get behind the wheel is annoying.

You'll have to budget for getting the heads fixed, keep that in mind. That'll run about 3k to have a decent shop do it. Keep that in your mind.

But this looks like a nice car for the money. You'll like the 3lz interior a lot more.

I checked out the car.
The tpms light was not on during the test drive so I’m guessing just from sitting too long.
Apparently the car was there 58 days.
The whole head repair issue makes me think more about a c7 GS, but the LS7 has such a special and different feel.

It really isn't that big a deal, provided that you properly plan for it in advance.
