Default 2010 ZR1 starting issue - Vid inside

Hi All,
My friend has stock 2010 ZR1 with 16k mile.
He can't start the car from 1st time, he should try for 5-6 times then she gets live.
Pls, check the youtube link to be more specific.
---- New battery, the starter in very good condition and all wiring and cables are great.

Thanks

I will guess starter or starter relay. It looks like the car is trying to fire the starter. My dash looks like that when the batts too dead and it tries to fire but when the batts low you get all the clicking relays. I cant here that in the vid.

We thought that also about the battery so we change it but the problem is still there.
We will check the starter and the wiring in the starter also I guess clutch sensor maybe fail.
Thanks for your reply!

I bet the starter post is loose - check the main wire that goes to your starter they can snap off and cause this.

You are very welcome. Make sure it is not cracking - common issue.
