Default Advice on mods list of possible Z06 purchase

I'm looking to pick up a C6Z and found one with the following mod list in the ad. Says there's more parts and this is just a quick list. Assuming it was put together properly does this sound like a reasonable build list ? Will be a street driven car for me, some track days , no drag racing.

With the specs provided , does the cam sound streetable or would it be subject to surge when cruising through the parking lot etc? Anything to ask the seller if/when I make contact ?

Sounds like a good start. What size are the headers, what is the lift and lobe separation on the cam, does it have a 102 throttle body. How much $ and mileage?

If the tuner was good it should drive well.

Don't have more technical details, that's what was listed.

My guess is that it could drive pretty well. I have a 246/258 @ 0.050 and Pat G got it running real nice. 24 degrees of overlap. I can idle through a parking lot smoothly. I have more cubes though
