This may be a stupid question, but did some googling and searched forum and didnt find anything that specifically answered it.

Looking at the Akra SS slip on for Z06, some sites have it listed for 1.5k but “no tips”. The tips themselves appear to be another 1.5k which seems disproportionately absurd.

Question: would other exhaust tips fit on the Akra? CPE makes some beautiful cut and rolled CF tips for the RS and appear to be clamp ons. Are less than 1/3 of the price. I dont care about having the Akra brand showing on the tips.

The only thing you would need to look for would be the lengh of the tip. Arka mufflers don't have much pipe sticking out for adjustment.

Yup you're right about the tip and exhaust being sold separately.

Lot of people get the exhaust for the tips..

However if you want just the exhaust, I'm pretty sure an exhaust shop or someone can make you some tips that will fit..

We have both in stock!

Thank you for all the replies! @CBMZR1 That Black Z6Z is sexy- I have always dreamed of having an Akrapovic exhaust on a car- now that I finally got my C6Z (delivered on Sat) I can fulfill that dream! Looking at 3k with factory tips wasnt feasible, but now knowing that I can get cheaper ones its doable! And thank you @Frankie15 I will keep that in mind
