What does GM use to hold the (small) spoiler on the back of Z06, tape?

The stock, small, black spoiler is held on by:
1. 4 x threaded studs with 10mm nuts (Accessed by taking out adjacent tail lights)
2. Wiring harness for the third brake light (Accessed by taking out adjacent tail lights)
