Not your regular head question
Looking to do a head/cam in my 08 Z06 and had a question. Does the stock heads have any identifying numbers on them that mate them to that specific car? I may not own this car forever but if they do then I will get the stock ones done instead of just sending them in as cores. Thanks for any assistance.

ahhh I believe there is a serial number on them but don't think it links to a specific long block....
not like your old matching numbers cars....
