2011 Hennessey ZR750 Details
Here is one of our recent ZR1 builds. It's a brand new 2011 3ZR and is headed to Brazil.
Our ZR750 upgrade package makes over 660 rear wheel hp on 93 octane pump gas on just 13 psi of boost. Here is the dyno video and dyno sheet showing 648 rear wheel hp from a new LS9 motor with just 38 miles. We typically see gains of 15-20 rear wheel hp after 1500 miles on the motor.

Here is a short video of this car in action on our test track. Sorry for the slow shifts but it is a customer car that needed testing but not racing!

Our ZR750 package for the ZR1 comes with a 3 year / 36,000 mile warranty and is designed for daily driving with no compromises or negative side effects.
The last ZR1 that I owned set a ZR1 record at the Texas Mile at 196.7 mph (record still stands). That car made around 630 rw hp and I can say that the ZR750 feels noticeably quicker and faster. Here is John Heinricy driving my 2009 ZR1 at the Texas Mile from a few years ago:

As has been discussed on this forum, it is possible to run more boost and get higher dyno numbers while using race gas. However, we have found that running higher boost levels results in quickly increasing inlet air temps (IAT's). When the IAT goes up the LS9 pulls back timing which kills power. Thus, we feel that a balanced package like our ZR750 upgrade makes solid power while keeping boost to a manageable 13 psi. If you run any more boost than that it is hard to keep the IAT's in check even with upgraded heat exchangers, etc.
Again, this is what we have seen from the last 20 or so ZR1's that we have built all making in the 600 - 660 rear wheel hp range.
Thank you for this opportunity to share. The ZR1 is a great car and I am anxious to get another one for myself sometime soon (650 hp CTS-V wagon is my current daily driver).

I didn't realize you were in Sealy too - talk about asleep at the wheel. In any event, I look forward to hearing more about your approach to tuning versus some of the other vendors' offerings espoused in recent posts. My 2011 just passed 1,600 miles on the odometer. I need to drive out to your place sometime for a more detailed discussion.
