Will The ZR1 Get Third Generation MSRC?
As many of you know, the forthcoming ZL1 Camaro will be equipped with the new third generation Selective Ride Control. Besides improved magnetic shocks, the Selective Ride Control will feature three positions,
Tour, Sport, Track and the 5 PTM levels have been revised.
What are the chances that the new system will be ported over to the last model year, 2013, of the C6 ZR1 or will Team Corvette wait until the C7?

They just can't lift it from the Camaro. The two cars have different suspension designs and handle differently. The system has to be designed to the car. That requires an investment of design dollars and more significantly a fair amount of test dollars to make sure it operates correctly under a lot of conditions. What do you want them to spend their money on?

Does the ZR1 need an updated computer or is the current active handling, traction control, etc, already getting the job done just fine?
Seems to me any new money would be more wisely spent on the new C7...... the current level ZR1 already runs with the best of the best.
