I would love to see a completely street legal honda civic beat a ZR1.

Besides this being a fairy tale, who puts $45,000 of Mods into a Mustang?

Good choice for this day's or week's pick for your Avatar.

I know this is a Corvette forum but I assume most posters here are grown adults. Having said that I may offend some of you guys because reading this thread people are offended because the GT500 was compared to the ZR1 which I think is legitimate since a simple bolt on a GT500 and a straight line race is pretty close, plus the numbers are very similar to, however I'm not saying the GT500 is better, I prefer the GT500 but I think the ZR1 is a better all around sports car.

I'm not a Guru but and the Z06 is not the ZR1 but it seems to me in this video a boxy Mustang is keeping up with Corvettes. Also I'm not sure if this is true but it has been said that the new mustang has the most powerful V8 engine in the country. What ever the truth someone had to back up the Mustang in this thread, it's to iconic of a car to be disrespected like this.
