Nice power for bone stock, how many (or few) miles were on it at that point?

It had about 8000 then, and just over 10,000 when i set my records.
That was actually the second pull in a set of 3 on a hot humid evening, on the first pull it was at 540 at 6100 but the driver (me) let out early.

Ok cool, so it was at least somewhat broken in at that point.
LSx cars definitely prefer a few miles on their motors before they really shine.

Dyno sheet:

Just curious is those numbers/graph are SAE, STD, or UNCORRECTED numbers. Either way they are pretty much in the neighborhood of other ZR1 dyne numbers I've seen.

Dynojet corrected, correction factor was 1.01. We live at about 1000 ft alt it was about 70 degrees out that eve. I Didnt check pressure or humidity that day, but the dyno does.

OK cool. Sorry to both but both SAE and STD are correction factors that DynoJet uses. It should say in the upper right corner of the graph next to the smoothing number. I'm just curious.

Yep, 93 octane all stock, but it did have my HRE's that are a little lighter than stock wheels.

Default Kyle's dyno results

Thats considerably better than mine was. I had about 500 miles on mine. It pulled 539.34 hp and 514.36 max torque on a dynojet.

Ok cool. STD corrected numbers always read higher. It's interesting how your car makes more HP but less TRQ than mine. I'd figure both would be higher or lower.

Mine did 544.92 max power and 487.91 max torque in stock config.
12/13/10 500 miles, DynoJet, 63 degrees, SAE .97, 93 Octane, 4th gear, fan cooling.

After Lingenfelter goodies: 15% Blower Upgrade, Lingenfelter Tune, DSE intercooler/radiator, KN Cold Air Intake.
582.33 max power and 535.62 max torque
3/12/11 500 miles, Same DynoJet, 80 degrees, SAE .99, 93 Octane, 4th gear, fan cooling.

I don't really have any experiance with the power additions, so I dont know if these numbers are good or bad. It would appear the stock HP numbers are between the other two posted here. But the torque is lower.

On the same dyno about 2 years earlier my first ZR1 (red) made 551/523..... And at a track rental in fall 09 we had 5 stock zr1's all trapping within 1 mph..... Its the dynos varying, not the cars. Iv spoken with multiple chevy engineers about this because of all the hp variances in LT5 ZR-1's they assured me that with todays manufacturing and engineering tolerances, these engines are all within +/- 2 hp of the 638.

With the pulley upgrade at Lingenfelters, my hp went from 539 to 583 and torque went from 514 to 586, so our hp was about the same, but obviously a bigger difference in the torque. The seat of the pants feel was what i really noticed when i got the car back.
