Though not a ZR i have an 09 ZO6. Max drop-on stock bolts, with R888 rears 345/30/19 and stock size 275/35/18 PSports in front and no issues. Actually adding the AMT 1/4” spacers for CG and aesthetics. You should be fine

I ran 345/30R19 on the rear for a couple of years with no issues. The car was lowered all the way on stock bolts. I did the same on my previous 2013 GS with no issues. That's roughly 1/2" taller than stock. I also ran 335/30R20 on the GS (again fully lowered on stock bolts), which is a full 1" taller, and blew out the fender liner on a full compression bump. It was fine for normal use, and cleared without the fender liner.

Not a ZR1 but on my 100% stock 2011 Z06 I run 345s and 295s up front to keep the wheel speed sensors in check. Only a very rare rub on the front tires in an awkward uneven driveway turn.

FYI, you don't need to run larger tires in front with the 345s. TC/AH will accept a slightly larger rear with stock front, the issue really starts if you decrease the rear diameter while retaining stock front diameter.

I run stock 275/35's front with 355/30/19 rears (Kuhmo V720 ACR) with no issues whatsoever. Mine is lowered slightly, but run a handlo g based alignment, so I do have - 1.5* of camber in the rear and they tuck in nicely.

Just be sure to check the MFG tire specs on actual width.. it can vary per MFG.. not all 345 are created equal
