Default increase power on zr1

how much does long tube headers make in horsepower gain on a zr1? i feel like it is a litel to loud now when i install headers and free flowe cats, is there anything i can do with the mufflers in the back to make it a litel bit more quiet?

Basically no gains with just headers and there isn't anything that can be done to quiet it down
