I'd prefer a Z51 with the black interior. As for exterior color, I'd prefer black, but I'm flexible as I'm planning to respray anyway.

I want to spend $45K or less. The car would have to be super low mileage and in perfect condition for me to spend the full $45K. I'd also consider going up to $50K for a black 4lt GS.

You may be better off finding a nice 09 3LT. Less money, more choices and you can add door panels and real leather seat covers from some of the vendors on the forum that make them. Better interior, less money. I just could not see the big price for the 4LT. I looked at one 09 last spring in Connecticut. The car had 14k miles on it and the leather looked terrible. The seats were worn and it looked like the leather was peeling in other places.

That thought has crossed my mind. I'm thinking if I don't find a 4lt come spring, I'll pick up a 3lt. Having said that, finding a black 09 3lt mn6 z51 isn't going be super easy either.

Thanks. It looks like I might be picking up a 3lz z06 shortly, but the timing is a bit tricky, so it may not pan out.

If it doesn't, I think I'm going to hold out for a 4lt Grand Sport.
