This might be a long shot, but I am in the market for an 07 or 08 C6 either coupe or vert. I would prefer to stick with a budget of under $29K. Preferably under 30k miles with one owner. Thanks. I am located in SoCal.

Finally edited my location. Hopefully I will get real deals now. Saw an ad on Autotrader today for an 06 with 2350 miles on it for $30k. Took a trip there and to find out that the car was already sold back in Nov. Dont know why they still kept it up there, but the search continues.

Depends, is it a Vert or Coupe? Auto or 6 speed? Condition? Miles may be a little high but price is not bad. I would pay more for low miles VS paying less for high miles. Private party or dealer?

Its actually a coupe 6sp Auto. The car looks like its in excellent condition.. I did an inspection around the car and it seems like all the body panels align. I didn't find any evidence of paint work or overspray. The car felt solid and responsive when I took it for a test drive. This was at dealer which I really didn't want to deal with. But like they say, It doesn't hurt to look. I also found an 06 3LT coupe auto with 22k miles on it. The private seller wanted 28k firm. Only thing that he is the 3rd owner.

Mine is from Bob Stall Chevy in La Mesa, CA. Carfax will not tell you if it's been in an accident. Have a good body and paint man check it out if you have any concern it may have been hit before. Also check to see if all the service records are available. 3rd owner is no big deal as long as it was taken care of. Just stay away from rental sales, people like to abuse rental vettes.

Is it me or people are starting to hold on to their Vettes. They are becoming harder to find. What I have learned is that a lot of C6s are being sold by dealers, while the C4 and C5s are private owners. I've been seeing the same top dollar cars up on the classifieds now for almost two months.

Have an 06 with 18K miles. Coupe, 3lt option package, Daytona Sunset Orange, cashmere interior. Super clean with no accidents, had it nearly 3 years and bought it with 6900 miles. Mark - 940-631-2457

Located an 07 red vert today. 41k miles original owner. Everything went according to plan until I discovered the left rear quarter panel and the rear bumper cover had been repainted. The owner had told me about the bumper cover, but failed to tell me that the quarter panel had been sprayed. I had asked him about it and he just said that "oh yeah, I think they painted that also." the paint job was pretty bad as you can see overspray on the rubber moldings. I had to walk away. A little honesty would of went a long way. Red is a really hard color to match. This is the third c6 that I've seen that had body work done to it. Kind of reminds back then when I was looking for a IROC-Z28 and Trans Am. They were all abused.
