C7 of Year Finalist (track prepared) 2019

Default FS: Jason's 2006 Katech Track Attack Z06 SN#00 650hp/2850lbs

Well the time has come to move onward and upward and I'm putting my Corvette up for sale. Few cars have the provenance this one does. It's been on the cover of Corvette Magazine, all over Corvette forum, and to almost every show we've done in the past 6 years. It was in the much-followed power to weight challenge with Halltech found here: http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c6-z...challenge.html

This car is extremely track-ready and capable. Put in some race seats, harnesses, a cage, and you have yourself a racecar.
It is extremely fast on the road course and the downforce is amazing. with a good driver not much can touch it.

Stats:
2006 Corvette Z06 with Katech Track Attack package
23,000 miles (stored winters)
20,000 miles since engine build
1LZ package (no heated seats, memory seats/mirrors)
Victory Red exterior
Ebody/red interior
No nav
Exellent condition, not a scratch
12.0:1 CR
18-20mpg city / 25mpg hwy on E10, ~13-15mpg on E85
35% front window tint, 5% rear
Not heavily raced but has seen about 10 days on the road course. These days I'm usually running an event or talking to customers so I only get a few sessions in. I would estimate about 8-10 track hours on the engine.

The car is currently tuned for E85 but I could tune it for 93 octane if the buyer desires.

Performance:
Horsepower: 650hp/569rwhp
Torque: 585tq/537rwtq

Weight: 2850lbs (dry)
1/4 mile: 11.3 @ 132mph with no traction (60ft times over 2.0 seconds)
Serial number #00 (reserved for Katech show cars)

Autographed by Corvette Racing drivers (in center console):
Ron Fellows
Johnny O'Connell
Max Papis

I can say that I have been around this car numerous times and it is everything as described. Jason and I grew up next to each other and have been friends since we were little, and I've always known him to be one to take great care of his cars, and never beats on or abuses them. Whoever buys this will be getting a great package.

I have seen this car in person and it is everything Jason said it is and more! The car sounds amazing! Great value for what has been done to this Corvette! Katech builds the best cars in the business and who ever is the next owner of this car will be a lucky man or woman!

Default Oh no!

Who am I going to play "Biggest Loser" with now?

This is the buy of the Century at that price. Track ready with a weight/power ratio better than the C6.R

Both running E85:

Jason's Z06: 4.19lbs/HP
C6.R: 5.84lbs/HP

Wow - what an iconic machine!

With a spec like that, it represents the reality of so many enthusiast dreams!

A text book example of how to do it right - the ultimate purist's C6Z.

With it's peerless engineering pedigree, that serial number, and those signatures on the console, it's surely a unique vehicle which will more than retain its value with the passing years,

A very special car!

Nice one Jason!

Jason,
What are you going to build next? A fun street / track car would be a RCR SLC considering that they are not too far from you. Good Luck with your sale.
