Super pricey for a 2007 1lz...can easily get a 2008 2lz with same miles for quite a bit less than that even.

Who's trolling? If he actually wants to sell the car and not sit on it for several months wondering why he keeps getting "tire kickers and lowballers" then it may do some good to understand what the market is REALLY like.
