It seems to me that you have it priced pretty good (that is if I paid a fair price.) I just bought one a few months ago in south Texas for $51K thats nearly identical to yours, minus the carbon fiber. The only real differences are that mine has paddle shifters, automatic trans and heritage stripes. Hang in there. The guy I bought from was about to give up until I came along.
