FS - 2012 3LZ TR Z06/Z07 w/CFZ, South Carolina
I am selling my 2012 Z06/Z07, as the title reads. Hopefully I can be as detailed for everyone as possible about the car and condition. The car is completely stock and has never been to the track or drag strip while in my possession. I cannot speak as to the previous owner since I purchased it from a dealer, but nothing about the car leads me to believe that it was ever tracked. The car had 29,221 miles when I purchased it in May of 2013 and it now has approximately 37,800 miles. I have made several 500+ mile trips to Alabama, which is where the majority of the mileage I put on it came from. The car was not bought to let it sit in the garage.
I have owned quite a few cars in the past several years and I get bored fairly quickly, so that is the reason I am selling. I bought an
M5 several months ago, so I decided that and my Honda station wagon would be enough for me at the moment.
The car has the Carbon Fiber package and Z07 package which includes carbon fiber splitter and side skirts, carbon fiber roof, carbon fiber hood, track package, adjustable suspension, carbon ceramic brakes, and the cup wheels.
This car is absolutely beautiful, even if you are not a fan of red. The hood and roof really change the whole appearance of the car in my opinion.
Condition of the car:
Paint - There are some rock chips on the car as you would expect from mileage and tires. I would characterize it as normal wear. I wish the original owner would have put a protective film on it. The right rocker was repainted because it was scratched during shipping. The front splitter was replaced due to minor curb damage caused by myself. The car is garage kept. The car is washed regularly with a new sponge every time, no exceptions.
Interior - The interior of the car is in excellent condition. This is also cleaned on a regular basis.
Engine/Transmission - The motor is strong and runs as it should. The transmission is great and the clutch is so smooth. It is leaps and bounds above the GT500 I used to have. The fluid in the transmission, differential, and clutch is original to the car. I have changed the engine oil 3 times since owning it.
Warranty - The powertrain warranty is still remaining. The driver's side seat belt tensioner failed, so it was changed under warranty several months ago.
Wheels/Tires - There is some curb rash on the wheels from the previous owner. It is only noticeable when you get close, which I assume is because they are black. It amazes me how people can do this. The rear tires are new 345/25/20 Nitto Invo's (~1500 miles). The front tires are 285/30/19 Michelin Pilot Sport Cup's. The tread on the rears is better than the front because they are newer, but both have plenty left.
Brakes - The rotors and pads are great. The car will stop so fast. It is almost unbelievable.
The Carfax is good and the title is held by the Pentagon Federal Credit Union.
I have tried to include everything that I can think of. If you have any questions please ask.
I am asking $59,000, OBO.

Holy ****
Holy **** I own this car now. I have had her for about a year and a half. Bought her in Sunny San Diego in March 2015 from a Toyota Dealer.
Since then I've had the heads replaced via warranty and tires replaced with non runflat Michelin PSS. I've also changed out the swaybar endlinks and lowering bolts to the PDAFT ones. Car also has a mild to wild switch and a Sprint pedal box and a new alpine nav unit. Other than being a weekend car, she is my dedicated track car now. She has about 45,000 miles now. Here are some photos.
Just letting you know she's in good hands.

Wow that is quite interesting. I am glad someone is enjoying it. That car was so awesome and I really hated to sell it.
What happened to the heads? Glad it was warranty work.

The Infamous Valve Guide problem with the LS7 heads. I got an extended warranty through Toyota Care for an additional 60,000 miles. Car should be good up to 100,000 miles for warranty work.
