Hey there gimp, nah, they are still red and you don't notice it against the black color of the car. They are tinted enough to complete the look. Had the car a long while and nothing. Nowadays even people that use the full black out kits don't really get pulled over, I just liked the look and the shop that did all the work did a great job on it.
