I think the new Z06 starting at 80k$ is hurting resale value on the ZR1. It might not be as exclusive as the ZR1, but car for car, it is an overall better performer. They also come with 0 miles and full warranty. And a nicer interior/exterior too. And GM financing and probably a lot more...

This being said, I don't think there is anything wrong with that ZR1 except what others have said already. Unusual color combo and year-mileage/price ratio is what is keeping people on the side line.

Good luck with whatever you decide.
As stated before, I'd have to deplete retirement funds to get another car so that AIN"T GONNA HAPPEN!

BUT if I were in the market for a ZR1 this would be it! I would definitely work the price down considering mileage and condition.

just my two cents ...

- it's a two seat car, impractical for most.
- Horsepower - not many need or can handle that much.
- Manual, limited audience.
- Color combination.
- Price.

It's a particular product for that one particular buyer. Sorta like those million dollar homes that takes a year or two or three to sell. Used car dealers don't sit on cars that long - If it doesn't sell in relatively short amount of time they get rid of it.

I think Cooper will get 69.5 G's for this car about two weeks after the end of never.
